If you are part of a church or business or personal-growth group, you can arrange for a workshop or lecture to take place on either your own premises or at the Soul Union Retreat Center in Ashland, N.Y. The following workshops are offered for groups of up to 12 people. Check with Soul Union to get information on rates and available dates.

The workshops below are designed to build sequentially on each other and are best taken as a series; however, they can also be taken individually with the permission of the instructor.

I. Accountability (First Chakra)

Your tree of life grows and changes shape thru the dynamics of your chosen parents, chosen past lives and chosen shadow selves.  Take accountability for these choices through a combination of music, breath work, and visualization, as well as concrete work in identifying, discussing and processing these dynamics. In doing so, you will create an experience that will allow you to open and explore the base chakra at the base of the spine, where accountability begins.

II. Allowing (Second Chakra)

Walking this life’s path and allowing the known and unknown to come to you with awareness,

understanding, and forgiveness can lead you to pastures of peacefulness and mountains holding the challenging lessons necessary for growth and fulfillment. By creating a visual and writing experience, as well as doing concrete inner work, you will invite the freedom of movement that allows the second chakra in the pelvis to open and express itself.

III. Commitment (Third Chakra)

Being committed to oneself and one’s own personal journey will open the hearth of the world to you.  Once you commit to accountability and allowing,  the choices you make will lead you to your ideal future. Accessing the vision of your future through music, movement, visualization and acting opens the third chakra or solar plexus to allow and be accountable for your future commitments.

IV. Trust (Fourth Chakra)

Trust that your inner world and spiritual guidance will support all that you are and will become by opening your heart to relationship with yourself and others. Through the use of music, visualization, breath work and identifying your own dynamics and guidance,  the fourth chakra or heart will begin to trust who you are.

V. Truth (Fifth Chakra)

Acknowledging and accepting who you are, based upon your origins and past, promotes the truth of who you are in essence, who you can be, and who you will become. The expression of your truth comes through processing, voice and movement, with allows the throat or fifth chakra to open and find freedom.

VI. Creativity (Sixth Chakra)

Putting your life plan into action with the intention to create using all the Soul Union attributes fills your energetic vessel with the sacred nectar of life. Allowing your own creative juices to emerge and overflow into your world opens the sixth chakra or third eye, the seat of intuition and wisdom.

VII. Integrity (Seventh Chakra)

When you allow your multidimensional form to be shaped by your interaction with the energies of the six attributes of Soul Union, you are then living in the space of integrity. Inviting the energy of integrity into your body, mind, and spirit opens the crown chakra at the top of the head to infinite possibilities and an endless stream of guidance and wisdom.

*If you are interested in these workshops, which offer intense inner experiences, it is suggested that you work with a support system or a therapist following the workshop. It is also recommended that you schedule one to three sessions with Darlene as a follow-up.

The following workshop can easily be taken alone or can be integrated into the previous seven:

Family Sculpting
A creative way to access individual blockages that may hinder one’s growth toward one’s purpose in life. This program uses psychodrama techniques to discover which past-life patterns and present behaviors link the members of a group together and to understand and change any destructive dynamics.
