Bring a tape if you want the session recorded . You can also bring a friend as a quiet bystander to take notes. Telephone sessions are also available, and are just as reliable in terms of the quality of the information received. The cost is $125 for one hour and $65 for a half hour. The first appointment involves a more detailed intake process: It takes one and a half hours and costs $185.
